Our property is next door to the Hidden Valley Hotel. We are neighbours. While we share a common beachfront, we are two separate entities with different purposes. Our Lakeside Chalets are private residences which exist for the use and pleasure of individual owners. The Hotel is a business which rents room nights and caters to their guests. It is important to understand the difference between our two properties and maintain a harmonious relationship.

Watertoys

The canoes, kayaks and water toys to the right of the dock are the property of the Hotel and are for Hotel guest only.  We do NOT have access to these amenities. Please do not harass the beachfront staff demanding access.

Dock

The dock is shared by the Hotel and MCC 35. Mooring on the right side is for hotel guests. If you have temporary mooring needs, please contact the hotel to see if they can accommodate your needs. Mooring on the left side is reserved for MCC 35 slip holders and is full. 

Please keep the end of the main dock clear to allow swimmers safe access to the ladder.

Volleyball, Basketball, Tennis Courts

The volleyball court, tennis courts and basketball court are property of the Hotel. Please call the Hotel front desk to see if they are available for use. Use is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the Hotel.

Fire Pit

The fire pit is also property of the Hotel. Please call the Hotel front desk to see if it is availale for use.

Outdoor Pool

All owners and guests have access to the outdoor pool and lounging area at the hotel.

Indoor Pool

We do not have access to the indoor pool.
