Hidden Valley Lakeside Chalets are private residences. Some owners may choose to rent their unit. If you are renting, please keep in mind:

• Our units are private residences occupied primarily by owners. You are fully expected to understand and abide by the condo rules as if you are an owner.
• The most applicable rules are covered in the menu items listed across the top of this page.  Please familiarize yourself with and abide by these rules during your stay.
• Shared exterior amenities (lounge chairs, toy box, communal BBQ's, etc) belong to all owners and are purchased using owner contributions. Please treat them gently, as you would your own personal property.
• We live in close quarters. Be aware of the space you occupy and how it impacts those around you.
• Parking on our property is limited. There is only one reserved parking spot per unit. Please do not use another owner's spot.
• Garbage is picked up by our superintendent daily. Please familiarize yourself with our two stream recycling. 
• We are neighbours with the Hidden Valley Hotel but are not affiliated. 
  • We have a sharing agreement with the hotel that allows us to use the outdoor pool.
  • The volleyball, tennis and basketball courts are property of the hotel. Please call the front desk to see if they are available for use.
  • The fire pit is on hotel property.
  • We do not have access to the hotel's beachfront toys or watercraft. 
• Your rental is between you and the owner of the unit. Any problems with the unit must be reported back to the unit owner for resolution.
