Common areas are everyone’s responsibility to keep neat and tidy.

Beachfront

We share our beachfront and dock with the Hidden Valley Resort. Our beach is to the left of the dock.  

The khaki lounge chairs are for use by all owners and guests. We use owner contributions to purchase these chairs. Please treat them properly.

Please return all loungers to the top of the beach (where the sand meets the grass) when you are done. This will facilitate beach raking in the morning.

Dock

The dock is shared by the Hotel and MCC 35. Mooring on the right side is for hotel guests. If you have temporary mooring needs, please contact the hotel to see if they can accommodate your needs. Mooring on the left side is reserved for MCC 35 slip holders and is full. 

Please keep the end of the main dock clear to allow swimmers safe access to the ladder.

Toy Box

We have purchased a toy box to store communal sand toys for the beach. Please feel free to use the toys and/or donate to the box. Help keep our beach area neat and tidy. Pick up toys when you are done and return them to the box.

Path

The path follows the waterfront to a canoe launch area. There are canoe and kayak racks at the end of the path.

Other Common Areas

There is no overnight storage permitted on common areas. This includes walkways, grassed and wooded areas as well as the beach and waterfront.

You must store your larger toys (Bikes, Canoes, Kayaks, etc) in your garage overnight or in an appropriate rack. There are bike racks in the roundabout & between blocks 5 and 6 and canoe/kayak racks at the end of the path.

If your unit has a patio, please ensure that all chairs and other items are returned to the patio every night. Do not leave items overhanging onto the grass as this will interfere with lawn maintenance.
