Barbecuing is allowed in dedicated barbecue areas only.

• For units with ground level access (1, 3, 5, 7, 41-64) the barbecue areas is part of the unit's outdoor patio, located safely away from the wood structure.
• For units without ground level access (2, 4, 6, 8-40) shared BBQ areas are available in front of blocks 1, 2 and 3. 

There are three full size propane barbecues in dedicated areas in front of blocks 1, 2 and 3. These are common element and available to all owners. The corporation refills the tanks on a regular basis. There is no need for owners to possess a tank.

Please help up keep our property neat and safe. Use the equipment provided. Keep the area clean and tidy after use. Clean the grill and replace the cover once the barbecue has cooled down.  With care, these units can last several years.
